How a body-led approach to recovery encourages us to take back control over our lives
a body-led approach to recovery is not about fixing or pushing past what hurts.
it is about learning to live differently in your own skin.
by working gently with body, breath and awareness, we begin to reclaim choice in the present moment.
and in that practice, we slowly take back authority over our lives.
