Private Trauma-Informed Movement, Breath & Meditation
These sessions don't follow the TCTSY methodology and don't require a therapeutic intake process. Instead, we can work more freely with embodied practices including yoga postures, mindfulness, breathwork and meditation, according to what you would like support with — whether that's developing a personal yoga practice, exploring ways to work with stress and activation or learning to meditate.
Suitable whether you are completely new to yoga or embodied practice, developing an existing practice, or have worked with me previously.
You are welcome to leave a note when booking about anything you would particularly like us to work with or explore together.
Per session:
• 30-minute session — £75
For example, for some breathwork and guided meditation.
• 60–75-minute session — £145
Four-session blocks:
• 30-minute sessions — £280 for four
• 60–75-minute sessions — £540 for four
*For those who would like to work together on an ongoing basis, reduced rates are available when booking a four-session block. Please contact me directly to arrange this.

PsychedelicS Preparation & Integration PROGRAMMES
Preparation and integration support is offered through two structured programmes — Essential and Extended — rather than as one-off sessions. You can read more about the programmes, what they include and pricing here.
Please note: Before starting a programme with me, we'll have a free introductory call to explore what you're looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit. As part of my practice and duty of care, I'll also ask you to complete an intake questionnaire so that I can understand how best to support you.
Engineer Stillness® PROGRAMME
A personalised 40-day programme designed to help you develop greater capacity, flexibility and agency in day-to-day life through learning a daily embodied practice incorporating mindful movement, breath and meditation. You can read more about the programme here.
Please note: Before starting Engineer Stillness, we'll have a free introductory call to explore what you're looking for and whether the programme feels like a good fit for you. I'll then ask you to complete an intake questionnaire, which I'll use to help tailor your practice to your individual needs.
INTERESTED IN WORKING TOGETHER AS A GROUP?
I’m also open to developing group sessions, workshops and longer-form programmes, tailored to the particular needs and context of your group.
This might draw on trauma-sensitive movement, breath and meditation, nervous system education and other embodied practices. If you have something in mind, we can begin with a conversation and shape an approach together.
“It could be said that trauma is largely a function of people not living the life they want to live because it is being dictated from the past, and therefore they are not determining their own futures.
Practicing yoga is about moving ourselves into a space of inhabiting not the way things are, but the way they could be.
Such a shift to personal empowerment has the potential to have a long-lasting impact on wellbeing in a way that focusing on symptoms doesn’t. ”
